Social media is all about the people. The influence it has on the youth cannot be underestimated at all.

Now the question arises that if people are investing their ample time on social media, they must be getting something in return!? Well, Facebook, Instagram and even Youtube loves its creators and pay them a handsome amount for attracting the audience.



They appreciate the creators wholeheartedly because, without content, social media will be like a dry well where no one will come to quench their thirst.


Content is king today because websites with the best content succeed in luring a wholesome of online audiences. Prioritizing content, Facebook and Instagram are planning to invest over $1 billion by the end of 2022. A total gambit is played by these social media platforms to attract content creators.

Facebook's bonus program will include an invitation to the creators for sharing worthy content that the audience relish. Content creators will get a monthly bonus after achieving a prescribed amount of appreciation from their fans during live- streamed videos. On Instagram too, the criteria will be almost the same. Here, creators will earn money according to the performance of their reels.



The platforms stated that content creators will be able to earn a living through this program with the reward they get; besides, are they going to provide a bonus to cringe content creators too? Will the content even matter if it pulls off the desired line of popularity? Will, they priorities content’s worth in that case? Are they going to fulfil their responsibilities towards society?


These many questions direct towards the fact that social media has a dark side too. It sometimes has a negative influence too and it’s quite evident that vulgar content can attract youth and result in several consequences.

To shut these questions, the decision-makers commented that they prioritize original and high-quality content above everything else. There are mechanisms built in to cater to the interests of all kinds of creators in earning their crust. Social media has pledged to keep members updated with simple yet actionable requirements which they can follow to boost their income.
