Team ComSoc visited an industry of Parle located in Bahadurgarh, Haryana on 4th April 2022. Around 50 members of the society including the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, departmental heads and the organizing committee members were accompanied by 3 teachers during the visit.

After reaching the factory, the team was welcomed by the staff members and given a tour of the whole industry. Firstly, they were taken to the processing unit where they observed the manufacturing of Parle’s well known products like Parle G, Monaco and Krack Jack.

Thereafter, everyone was asked to be seated inside a room where a presentation was put on display. The presentation was an animated short film which explained in detail about the working of Parle industry, the products manufactured by them, the ingredients used etc.

This was followed by a very interactive Q&A session in which the students asked numerous doubts related to the sale and revenue of Parle products and their future plans for growth of the company.

Overall, the industrial visit turned out be a great experience for the whole society and they got many insights about the working structure of Parle.
